Fellow Member of the Institute with over two decades of diverse experience in International Taxation, FEMA and cross-border advisory. He specialises in advising multinational corporations, NRIs, and Indian businesses on complex cross-border transactions, including FDI, ODI, transfer pricing, and DTAA matters. He has extensive experience in dealing with RBI regulations and handling overseas investment structures. Prior to practice he held a senior leadership role with a German-based consulting company, gaining international exposure through assignments in the UK, Germany and Indonesia. A regular speaker at ICAI on FEMA and international taxation.
