CA Pawan Kumar Agarwal (B.Com (H), LL.B, KOVID, FCA), a Fellow Member of ICAI and a National Scholar, is a distinguished professional with over Thirty-Five years of rich experience in the fields of auditing, taxation, and corporate laws. He has been actively associated with key professional and regulatory initiatives, including his role as a member of ICAI's Ethical Standards Board and his contribution to the Study Group for the New Income-tax Bill, 2025. Empanelled as a Technical Reviewer with ICAI's Quality Review Board, Tax Audit Quality Review Board, and Peer Review Board, he is one of the rare professionals associated with all four ICAI review mechanisms.
